Oh really?!

I just read these words after a panic attack:

“The real battle is in your mind. And your mind is under your control, not the other way around.”

And then I flicked off the computer screen.

No shit, the battle is in my mind, and it is allllllllllllll the tiiiiiiiiiiiime!  And during the attack, control is such a foreign word, it almost doesn't sound like a language I speak.

So while the author may know this to be true, and maybe it actually is, I would like to invite them in to my brain for just a nano second so they could understand how these words...

Just.  Don't.  Compute!
