The Sacred Healing Circle
A community of women practicing embodiment through somatic exploration and sacred space holding for reclamation and healing of the Soul Self.
Your wholeness is welcome here. Will you join us?
The Sacred Healing Circle is all of this and more.
It is cultivating safety within and together, it is practice, it is trust, it is healing, it is expanding, it is a soft landing, it is sisterhood, it is our edge, it is Love.
In our group, we are a collective. We come together to practice our embodiment, use somatic tools to heal and release, use our voices and beautiful reverent silence for what is, process what needs to be moved through, support one another, and let ourselves receive support. We laugh and cry and move and dance and share. The energy is potent.
MEET YOUR GUIDES
From Tracy:
The Sacred Healing Circle is an intimate place for your Soul Self to emerge, be witnessed, and transform. We practice, we do the work, we rest, we embody through somatic awareness, activation, and reclamation. This gets to be a space of healing for interpersonal wounds through the power of community. I believe now is the perfect time to start.
From Miranda:
The Sacred Healing Circle is like a pool of love where you get to dive in and rediscover parts of yourself that have been lost, rejected, and/or abandoned. It’s a safe space for you to be seen and held with love and compassion as you heal those deep wounds. I am so excited to welcome you into this genuine sisterhood where your presence is received and valued!
We meet twice a month on zoom, the second and fourth Wednesday of each month, 5 pm PST
Pricing: We believe in accessibility and use a sliding scale option ranging from $44-$88 per month. This is a reoccurring subscription that can be canceled anytime. We also never want anyone to go without community so please reach out if you would like to discuss a different pricing option.
Community Guidelines, please consider each of these carefully; they are part of the agreement we each make in showing up compassionately, responsibly, consciously, with integrity and dignity for ourselves and one another.
1. This is a place of relationship. We do not have to agree or even like what is emergent, and we maintain our and each other’s dignity and safety always. Communication can feel hard, and it’s always worth it. While we cannot guarantee another’s safety, it is an inside job, we encourage bravery here.
2. Maintain curiosity and a willingness to try. What emerges may not be comfortable. Together we will explore edges, titration, safety, and trust within an interpersonal and shared space that we get to expand into.
3. Take what works. Leave what doesn’t. Stay curious about both.
4. Recognize intention and impact are not always congruent, take responsibility where needed. Repair happens when it supports all involved.
5. Make space - take space. This is a reciprocal space, noticing and adjusting when, where, how often you share or don’t is an important practice.
6. Maintain sovereignty, no one can make you feel a way you choose not to. Practice boundaries, the space between each of us to love ourselves and to be loved. Prioritize your energetic, emotional, and spiritual hygiene, recognizing activation and tend to your NS regulation.
7. Question to deepen, widen, and embody, not othering or creating division.
8. Practice both/and.
9. Recognize, name, and work toward the elimination of power dynamics.
10. Confidentiality is a requirement. Protection for you means protection for all of us.
11. Lead with Love and compassion, we are all fighting battles, works in process/progress, and we all are deserving of safe spaces from judgment, shaming, ridicule or call-out/cancel culture.
